In an article published in the Czech Republic in 1993 with the title  "KGB finally talks" the director of the FSB ["formerly" KGB] service at the time Andrei Chernenko acknowledges that the KGB was behind all these "anti-communist revolutions" in Eastern Europe.

The article stated that from the 50 thousand high level KGB officers after the Perestroika only 56 [!!!] were let go. The Russian military espionage and intelligence service GRU is without any changes and involved in the same type of operations [example].

The Czech military espionage has still the same communist cadres running it, and it is [as always] subordinate to the GRU directive and orders. This mentioned article was only published as a test for the KGB-GRU Perestroika fraud, as the Russian communists wanted to find out how much is the West buying the "collapse of communism".

The following STB Czechoslovak communist security service document

was intercepted by some vigilant citizens in 1989, after the co called

Velvet Revolution:

Order # CB-002040 / 02-89:

 

It is ordered to:

1) 4th and 6th department of the STB Czechoslovak communist secret police - to document all anti-communist activities and keep files on all people who are involved.

2) Increase secrecy of our structures and operations based on the fact that the freedom of press will be implemented more in our country.

3) Analyze our STB network, stabilize it and increase involvement and appointment of our cadres in high levels of influence.

 

[Ed. note: This means in the Government and inside various think tank and intelligence, science and educational organizations.

 

Most of the time all these groups are created from the ground up by the communist security services and staffed by highly trained agents, who have no visible connections to the previous openly communist regime, no publicly exposed communist dossiers, no publicized family and personal ties to the communist security services and the Communist Party.....].

4) Take full advantage of our operational situation to intensify infiltrations into right wing organizations - actively co-ordinate and implement disinformation tactics against the enemy, use compromising tactics against the most publicly visible members - in public [to discredit them - ed. note], use any means to create artificial disagreements, ideological, personal and operational problems among these right wing structures.

5) Use our network to control the sharing of power agreement [between the "old guard" and the "dissidents" - ed. note].

6) Speed up and increase recruitment of our influential network inside the mass media.

You WILL think, what we want you to think...

To make sure that the West gets the "correct" information, people involved

in such scheme present themselves in a very favorable way, as you can read

in the following statement [direct link since disabled.....]: 

As the number of market-oriented think tanks worldwide continues to grow, we find it especially exciting to report on new efforts that push the independent institute model into new areas. The National Security Assessment Program (NAS) in Prague is a perfect example.

The NAS was created in 1998 by the The Civic Institute, one of the finest think tanks within Atlas's Eastern European network.

 

With memories from decades of totalitarian oppression looming fresh in their

minds, the leaders of the Civic Institute - a group of former Czech dissidents - sought to create a program to advance and preserve

the hard-fought freedoms of the Czech Republic.

 

The NAS was developed to gather intelligence and assess current and emerging threats to the national security of the Czech Republic.
 

Civic Institute of Prague is extremely important example how things go the wrong way, on purpose, and how fully accepted such strategy is by the western defense and intelligence experts and government policy analysts.

The Civic Institute [CI] was founded in 1991 by a group of people connected to then Czech "conservative" political party ODA

[Civic Democratic Alliance].

This party was responsible for the fraudulent privatization process in Czechoslovakia, where most of the state [communist] assets were through various criminal [but never punished] schemes "liquidated" and transferred, most likely for the purpose of already preplanned  "places of strategic interest" .....

Some ODA members and their connection to the Civic Institute:

Michael Zantovsky

Born 01-03-1949 in Prague. One time ODA Party  chairman, also vice-chairman.

His father Jiri Zantovsky [born 1909] used to work during the Stalinist era for the Czechoslovak Information Ministry [during the times of hard-core Stalinist Information Minister Nosek], later on Jiri Zantovsky worked for the Communist archives, where he was in charge of buying books and publications, including those from the West.

Michael Zantovsky's mother Hana, born Eisler, is in the files of the CZ communist STB and she used to work for the STB headquarters in Prague !!!

She was a writer by profession and also professional translator for the

communists [English, German, French...]. Several long-term visits to the West...

Michael's sister Irene Murray [got married abroad....], lived in the West

[no information available -  it is obvious why...] and such family ties to the

"daughter-defector" has never presented any problems for the Zantovsky

family from the communist regime. All other families would experience

substantial troubles from the communist security services.....

Michael Zantovsky was able to study on the prestigious communist Faculty

of Philosophy at the Charles University of Prague and majored in psychology.

In 1968-71 Zantovsky "visited" Canada and the United States as a "student",

he was allegedly deported from North America on drug related charges.

After his return, Zantovsky had never any troubles with the communist authorities, despite the fact that he has clearly overstayed his visit to America, which was a clear violation of the communist criminal code #109 - "leaving the republic illegally", of which 1st time offense carried 3 year mandatory imprisonment....

1973-1980 - Zantovsky worked for Institute of Psychiatry in Prague-Bohnice,

infamous communist medical research center where various "psychiatric experiments" were conducted....

Zantovsky later became personal translator for the hard-line communist Czechoslovak president Gustav Husak !!!

In 1988 Zantovsky began working for the Prague's office of the Reuters Press Agency where he worked till the "collapse of communism" in 1989.

To create a deception that the civil unrests of the revolution were genuine,

Zantovsky was the one who spread around the false information that one of the "protesting students" of the Velvet revolution was killed by the communist police...

Such misleading information was only designed to activate the false dissidents and the still passive masses, it was meant to give the people a good reason to start their protests and to "show" the western observers how "genuine and spontaneous" the collapse of communism was...

Michael Zantovsky became president Havel's spokesman in 1989 and Director for Information and the Press between 1990-1992. Since 09-28-1992 Zantovsky became the Czech Republic Ambassador in the United States.

Zantovsky was also [s]elected to the Czech Senate and became the chairman

of the CZ Senate Defense and Foreign Relations Committee, responsible also

for Czech Republic relations with the NATO....[and you know what that means...].

In the STB files Michael Zantovsky is allegedly presented as "Michaela Zantovska", according to sources.

Michael Zantovsky has always supported and promoted the idea that the collapse of communism in Czechoslovakia was genuine and that it was truly achieved by the "protesting students" who were able, with their bare hands, to overthrow the [fully armed and motivated] communist tyranny.....

Why is Zantovsky so important ?

He, and his ODA Party connection to several Civic Institute members, are the important factors. These people's essential role in the Czech society, as it is being presented to the West as "now democratic", is what the communist deception is really achieving.

Based on the western mistaken favorable response to all Eastern European countries, this [Russian] communist strategy is so far successful. 

A CI organized seminar took place on February 28, 2000 in Prague, Czech Republic where the so called conservative Civic Institute invited [and paid all expenses using supplied American money of course !] people from the U.S. and British conservative circles. 

From the CI 2000 Annual Report:

 

Second international conference was held in April as part of the

Civic Institute's National Security Assessments Program - this time

devoted to A Tenth Anniversary Assessment of Czech and Central European Freedoms.

 

Taking place in Prague's Troja chateau, the conference was structured into four panels. The opening speech of the U.S. Ambassador John Shattuck was followed by the first panel entitled "The Geopolitical Backdrop of the 10th Anniversary" with papers presented by former security advisor to president Ronald Reagan Richard W. Allen, analyst at the Council of Foreign Relations Charles Kupchan (U.S.), president of the Center for Security Policy in Washington D.C. Frank Gaffney, and co-chairman of

the New Atlantic Initiative, former Editor-in-Chief of National Review and former aide to Margaret Thatcher John O'Sullivan.

 

The second panel dealt with "Political, Economic, and Law-Enforcement Corruption in the Czech Republic and Central Europe", addressed by director of the Civic Institute's National Security Assessments Program Petr Vancura, former employee of the Czech Ministry of Interior Jaromir Neumann, and editor of Respekt magazine and former Deputy Minister of Interior Martin Fendrych.

 

The main speech of the day was delivered by former U.S. Deputy Secretary of Defense Richard Perle, followed by the third panel on "Russian Influence in Central European Affairs" with papers delivered by former Soviet dissident and social commentator, currently a neurophysiologist at Cambridge University Vladimir Bukovsky, French historian Francoise Thom, and analyst of British Foreign Office and Sovietologist Henry Plater-Zyberk. 

There are no specific details nor analysis published by the Civic Institute of what was exactly said during this seminar, namely what the Czech representatives claimed in front of their American counter-parts.

Based on the witness' testimony the promotion of the Perestroika fraud went on, these Czech "dissidents turned defense analysts" were able to convince the

American dupes that "freedom it is and freedom it will be" in Eastern Europe.....
 

Petr Vancura

The leading figure of this CI 2000 seminar was one Petr Vancura, born

12-31-1949. After the so called Velvet Revolution in 1989 Vancura became

first under-secretary of the County magistrate in Rychnov nad Kneznou

county in Czechoslovakia.
 
Later on Vancura became a member of the political parliamentary party ODA

(Civic Democratic Alliance) . [A party founded by the STB as a front and an "opposition" party in the Czechoslovakian Parliament - Uncensored News

04/2001 - possible Russian GRU involvement - ed. note].
 
In ODA Vancura was subordinate to the party's vice-chairman Libor Kudlacek.

Later Vancura began working for the CZ Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
 
[This Ministry was and still is staffed only with the most highly trained STB communist

agents and foreign intelligence and also military intelligence officers at all times, there is

no way that anybody honest could be ever allowed to work for this Ministry - ed. note].
 
Vancura worked there during the times of Czechoslovak Minister of Foreign Affairs Josef Zieleniec [today Czech Republic representative in the European Parliament, an alleged KGB cadre and also Polish national in Czech Government, his brother Vladimir Zieleniec was allegedly uncovered in Poland as the KGB chief directing officer - ed. note].
 
Vancura became so reliable that he was sent to work at the Czech Republic's

Embassy in Washington, D.C. where, according to his own statement from

04-28-2000, Vancura became the Czech Republic's Deputy Ambassador

in the United States. The ambassador at the time was none other than

Michael Zantovsky.

Other CI members:

Roman Joch [his bio is in Czech language]

Born 1971 in Banska Bystrica, Slovakia. Founding member of the CI,

his publicly available biography is very short, but still very interesting.

Oct. - Nov. 1993, Joch took courses at the Krieble Institute of the Free

Congress Foundation, Washington, D.C.

July 1996 - Notre Dame University, The Phoenix Institute program for the study of western institutions, United States.

Between 1993-94 ODA Party analyst, 94-98 ODA Foreign Secretary [this means

that at the same time Joch was working for the CI, he worked for the Czech Government

and this communist infested ODA Parliamentary Party !!!!]

Joch's biography states that his spheres of interest are:  political philosophy,

liberal-conservative thinking, international relations - namely the defense and security sphere, the United States, namely the America politics.

Joch and his CI comrades are able to publish in various Czech official

newspapers and are frequent guests on the Czech Radio, Radio Free Europe

[now based in Prague .....] and the Czech TV. They have all doors open, which is contrary to what other genuine dissidents have to go through, namely the ones who actively oppose the idea of the collapse of communism being genuine....

Pavel Bratinka

Till 2004 [and perhaps even today] the CI president. Born 03-14-1946

in Bratislava, Slovakia. Bratinka was ODA Vice-chairman and since 1992 till 1996 Czech Deputy Foreign Minister under the CZ Foreign Minister Josef Zieleniec [!!]

Bratinka was able to study on the Czechoslovak Supreme Technical College,

Faculty of Nuclear and Technical Physics, and graduated in 1970 [after the Soviet

invasion of Czechoslovakia - this means that in order to finish his studies,

Bratinka had to agree, in writing and through his political pro-communist public stands, that the invasion was legal and the Soviet Red Army was justly occupying Czechoslovakia - ed. note].

Bratinka was able to get a job in various communist technical and research institutions [possible military espionage involvement] and today he is involved with "former" communist cadre and former chairman of the Communist Youth Central Committee Martin Ulcak in companies specializing in trade with Russia..... good contacts are always necessary....

During the CI Prague 2000 seminar, our so called defense analysts were supplied, over and over, the Perestroika deception, and their Czech counter-parts were going out of their way to make sure that this communist fraud is fully accepted by the Americans.

To prove that this assessment is correct, we can easily point out that none of these people like Frank Gaffney, Roger Robinson, Richard Perle, Richard Allen and others, are alarmed and are actively warning the American people, U.S. Government, the CIA, FBI, The White House and our western European allies about the Russian communist Perestroika fraud ....

It is also obvious that these American experts are actively [and we must never be sure if all unwittingly] promoting business, defense and political partnership with these "democratic" regimes, without even understanding,

and or, at least, a partial comprehension of how serious mistake it is.

It is also important to notice some of the CI official financial sponsors,

the list of which is [still] available on the CI website. These donors are communists and communist agents, communist cadres etc. The Czech Government agencies, the Czech Senate and so forth are also among

these CI financial supporters.

The Civic Institute is not the only one in such sphere of interest, on the contrary, the Czech Republic is again being used by the Russian communists as the most important facilitator of the communist deception, and Russia, as always, remains un-noticed in the background, pulling the strings from behind the scenes....

The Civic Institute of Prague has never published any important data or translations of publications written by genuine defectors from communism, including KGB Major Anatoliy Golitsyn, Czechoslovak Gen. Jan Sejna, Viktor Suvorov etc.

These facts, and the CI still communist contacts should show that this analysis is correct, because as Our Lord Jesus Christ has said in Mathew 7 : 18 - 20:

18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit,

neither can an evil tree bring forth good fruit.

19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit,

shall be cut down, and shall be cast into the fire.

20 Wherefore by their fruits you shall know them.

We have become sitting ducks of the communists, because of our own blindness and the absolutely unrealistic vision of the spread of our business influence to Eastern Europe and Russia [and to some extent also to China],

and through this western unchecked and out-of-hand euphoria for the "newly acquired" business market opportunities in these "former" communist countries.

We have much to learn.

The price of our freedom is going higher and higher, as the Russian and "dismantled" Warsaw Pact communists are closer and closer to their final strategic goal.....

God help us.
